Casa Boscolo MaGiCà is born in the historic center of Sottomarina, a few steps from the sea and the historic city of Chioggia. A traditional house that rises from the ground to the sky in two floors above the ground. Inserted within one of the ancient “calli” of the historic village of Sottomarina, the Bascolo family redesigned the house by dividing it into 3 comfortable studios of approximately 30sqm, complete with every comfort and with the unmistakable design Casa Boscolo – Luxury Apartments.

Booking conditions
- Small pets are not allowed
- Smoking is prohibited inside the house
- The houses are not available for parties
- To rent the houses you must be at least 25 years old
- Upon check-in, a mandatory deposit of € 300.00 is required to be paid in cash or by non-rechargeable credit card
